PT ARYA GUNA SAKTI guarantees and maintains the quality of the products sold by paying attention to after-sales factors. By ensuring the supply of units (tools), spare parts, controls/calibrators, and other supporting equipment, as well as being ready for trials if needed by the laboratory at any time.

PT ARYA GUNA SAKTI is ready and able to help maintain equipment performance by providing monthly or annual maintenance as stated in the contractual agreement between PT ARYA GUNA SAKTI and the hospital. The cooperation contract to be implemented lasts for a certain period of time time and after the end of the contract period, the equipment and supports will return to the property of the Hospital. More details will be stated later in the cooperation agreement.
